This notice describes the DHI Telecom corporate website and its contact form. Product accounts, purchases, billing, and connectivity services are handled through their respective brand or service channels.

1. Information in your inquiry

The contact form asks for your name, email address, and message. Phone number and company are optional. If you arrive from a product inquiry link, the selected topic is included with your message. Please do not include passwords, payment details, or sensitive operational information.

2. How the form works

We send accepted inquiries to HubSpot for the DHI team to review and respond. Google reCAPTCHA Enterprise checks submissions for automated abuse. It receives a verification token and associated browser information; the contact form does not send your message fields to Google.

3. Security and operational records

The website limits submission frequency and verifies contact requests before delivery. Security events record a truncated network address and an event category; contact messages and email addresses are not included in these application security logs. Hosting services may maintain their own operational records.

See website cookies for the services used on these pages. When you follow a link to TravelWifi, SapphireGo, Navimo, or another provider, review that service's privacy notice before providing information.

5. Privacy requests

Contact sales@dhitelecom.com with questions about information submitted through this website, including requests for access, correction, or deletion and questions about retention. Identify the inquiry you are asking about without including sensitive information.
