Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using any products or services offered by DHI Telecom Group, LLC (doing business as TravelWifi) (“DHI Telecom,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, placing an order, or using any DHI Telecom service — including TravelWifi, SapphireGo, Navimo, or the Sapphire Private Cellular Network — you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms applicable to specific services. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Services Description

DHI Telecom provides the following connectivity products and services:

• TravelWifi: Portable WiFi hotspot devices for international travel in 200+ countries
• SapphireGo: Military-grade 5G/4G hotspot devices with CloudSIM technology
• Navimo: Digital eSIM plans providing local data rates without physical SIM swaps
• Sapphire PCN: Private Cellular Network infrastructure for U.S. military bases and government facilities

Service availability, coverage, and speeds vary by location and are subject to the capabilities of local network partners. DHI Telecom does not guarantee specific speeds or uninterrupted service.

3. User Accounts

Account Creation

To access certain services, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information and to keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@dhitelecom.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account. DHI Telecom is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by your failure to secure your credentials.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or abuse of our services.

4. Payment Terms

Pricing and Billing

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees. Prices are subject to change with notice.

Subscriptions and Auto-Renewal

Subscription plans automatically renew at the end of each billing period. You may cancel at any time through your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — we do not provide prorated refunds for partial periods unless required by law.

Refunds

Device purchases may be returned within 30 days of delivery in original, unused condition for a full refund. Data plans are non-refundable once activated. eSIM plans are non-refundable after QR code delivery. If you experience a service failure attributable to us, contact support to request a credit.

Taxes

You are responsible for all taxes, duties, and similar charges applicable to your purchases, except where DHI Telecom is required by law to collect and remit such taxes.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services to:

• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
• Transmit any unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, or defamatory content
• Engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts our network infrastructure
• Resell or redistribute our services without express written authorization
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access our services in an unauthorized manner
• Circumvent any technical measures we use to enforce these Terms

Violation of this section may result in immediate suspension of your account without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, service marks, logos, trade names, and other intellectual property associated with DHI Telecom, TravelWifi, SapphireGo, Navimo, and Sapphire PCN are the exclusive property of DHI Telecom Group, LLC or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you a right to use any DHI Telecom intellectual property without prior written consent.

Our CloudSIM technology is proprietary. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from any DHI Telecom software or hardware.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, DHI TELECOM GROUP, LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND PARTNERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR SERVICE INTERRUPTION — ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO DHI TELECOM IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT OUR SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE FROM HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or our services shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

Before initiating any legal proceeding, you agree to contact us in good faith to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. Most concerns can be resolved by contacting legal@dhitelecom.com.
