02

Issue the SIM or eSIM

Blank-card advantage

No need to stock separate preloaded SIMs for every destination and data allowance. If an unissued blank card is lost or stolen, there is no preloaded customer data plan on that card. Physical-card replacement costs still apply.

Physical SIM issuance requires compatible blank cards, a supported reader and store utility. eSIM delivery requires a compatible device.

02 — PLAN SELECTION

Choose the destination. Match the data to the need.

Explore plans across 192 countries, with different data allowances and durations. Choose the option that fits the user, from a short visit to an extended stay, with coverage through the mobile networks supported by the selected plan.

06 — GETTING STARTED

Get your team ready to issue connectivity.

Tell us who you serve, where you operate and whether you need physical SIMs, eSIMs or both. We’ll walk through platform access, issuance requirements, available plans and the commercial setup for your organization.

01

Platform access

Set up the people and locations that will use the platform.

02

Your delivery options

Confirm compatible blank cards, a reader and the store utility for physical SIMs, or the delivery process for eSIMs.

03

Commercial setup

Review plan pricing, account funding and any partner-earnings arrangements before you begin.

Integrated POS

Connect payment to provisioning.

With the Agiliron integration, a sales order and payment check are part of the issuance process. Keep the connectivity sale tied to the right store and payment record.

Independent POS

Keep your existing payment process.

Collect the full customer payment through your own POS, outside DHI’s platform. Under the prepaid partner model, DHI’s agreed share is deducted from your partner balance when issuance succeeds. A direct POS integration is not required for this workflow.

Stock & funding

Blank SIM stock and account funding are separate. Plan purchases and any setup or funding requirements depend on your agreement with DHI.

Using a different POS? Include it in your demo request so we can confirm the appropriate workflow.

07 — COMMON QUESTIONS

SIM and eSIM platform questions

Q1 Who is the DHI SIM platform for?

Retailers, travel agencies, corporate teams and other organizations that sell or provide connectivity. It supports physical SIM and eSIM issuance, with business-management tools behind the process.

Q2 Can my store use DHI as a SIM and eSIM reseller platform?

Yes. Your team can select available plans, issue physical SIMs or eSIMs, and manage sales activity. Pricing and partner earnings follow your commercial agreement with DHI.

Q3 Do I need to stock activated SIMs for different countries?

No. Physical issuance uses compatible blank cards, with the customer plan selected when needed. You do not need a separate stock of preloaded plans for each destination. Blank cards and account funding remain separate requirements.

Q4 What do I need to issue physical SIMs or eSIMs?

Physical issuance requires supported blank SIMs, a compatible reader and the supported store utility. eSIM delivery requires a compatible device and profile installation. DHI will confirm the setup needed for your chosen workflow.

Q5 Can users keep the same SIM for future plans?

Yes. The same physical SIM or retained eSIM can be used for supported top-ups and new destination plans, subject to account status, partner controls and compatibility.

Q6 Does a reusable SIM mean the data never expires?

Individual plans still have data allowances and validity periods. A plan ending does not by itself mean the SIM must be replaced, and SIM reuse does not pause or extend an active plan.

Q7 Do users need to download an app?

No customer app is required to access supported top-ups or new destination plans. Users access them through a website. An eSIM still needs to be installed on a compatible device.

Q8 Does every plan cover all 192 countries?

No. The country total describes the catalog’s overall reach. Each plan has its own supported destinations and network coverage.

Q9 Can a business assign employee data allowances and review usage?

Yes. Corporate teams can assign plans and allowances and review reported usage. The demo will show the available reporting detail, update timing and controls for your setup.

Q10 How do pricing and earnings on later top-ups work?

Plan pricing, funding requirements and any partner earnings on subsequent purchases depend on your agreement with DHI. These terms should be confirmed before you launch.

Put on-demand connectivity to work for your business.

Whether you want to sell SIMs and eSIMs or manage employee connectivity, see how DHI fits your workflow—from plan selection to reporting and reuse.
